While I have had doubts about his start as chairman, he is growing on me with this (even if it is shameless playing to the gallery).

A club chairman tweeting those comments though, no wonder it's being called out.

A lot of stuff is being unearthed about Needy.

What was St Mirren thinking of?

I've missed raging indignant Bennett. It's good to see him back in full swing.

You seem to be taking this personally John, maybe you should have cleared your Twitter history...

Maybe not the wisest thing our Chairman has done, but being called out by supporters of a club that has been built on bigotry takes the biscuit

Never expected celtic fans to get involved in this, fair play to them.

It's mental to think Rangers used to be the big hard bullies of Scottish Football. Hard nut players and managers and a horde of fans belting out "no one likes us, we don't care" and absolutely fucking meaning it. Now they are Scottish football's ultimate snivelling victims, and it's not just because they let their club die. That definitely accelerated the process, but they were well on the way to being the world's most sensitive fans well before that absolute riddy.

They beat the shit out of each other when there is nobody else to fight.

Even then it was all because they were the victims of an SNP and media conspiracy trying to make them look bad because everything nowadays is run by *****s.

And to think they used to call out the Green bigots as the ultimate MOPE's.

To describe them as "snivelling" is indeed entirely accurate.

This is it in a nutshell. The one time establishment club now crying like bitches because other teams don't acknowledge them as the establishment club.

There’s always been an agenda with Rangers and their fan base. Always the victims while they as a club have actively encouraged sectarianism since the were formed. They’ve had plenty of time to call it out yet they chose not do so. We all know why.
Call it out? They're still releasing orange 3rd kits to appeal to all their bigots.

Your club is just more subtle in their out and out bigotry.

Not really to be fair. They just released a new strip promo with the tune to the famine song playing over it. You see, they sing this whole other song to the exact same tune as well, so we are supposed to pretend the song their fans marched through Glasgow singing a few weeks ago, demanding that Irish catholics leave the country, resulting in multiple arrests for the horrible bigots involved doesn't exist.
