Hibernian v Dundee United Saturday 16 October

Recommended Posts

Deserved the win, the three goal margin was totally justified as was the clean sheet.  Not a bad performing player  today with particular mention to Ryan Edwards and Benji.  Edwards has been immense for us this season.

I really expected more from Hibs but they were substandard.

Well played United, fully deserved the win with some good football and cracking goals. We learned today that we don't have a very good squad and Scott is not a footballer. Don't think the loss of McGinn and Porteous in defence was a contributing factor either, the whole team just didn't turn up.

Great performance from us and fully capitalised on hibs not being at the races.

The back line is looking really solid, Edwards, Mulgrew and Benji are a cut above anything we've had in years.  Add in decent full backs and a Fuchs-powered midfield that is starting to play football and things are looking far better than we could have hoped for at the start of the season.

Not so sure after that. Can see Ross playing the old McInnes ball and getting a comfortable enough 1-0 like the end of last season.

The tried and trusted 'Boyle dive' plan hasn't worked for a few weeks. They're surely due a penalty next week.

United more than worthy of their victory it seems. Enjoy your night lads.

Dogshit recruitment beginning to bite us now. A worry when a side we've had no problems turning over, including just a few weeks ago, come and dish out a pumping at ER.

Hopefully we'll still be within touch of 3rd when January rolls round.
