Most of the clubs in tier 6 who are not SJFA members have previously played in the Junior Cup, so they will already know about the semis/final - what makes you think they will enter the cup again?

They could still enter if promoted to the Lowland League could they not?

From what's been previously said publicy the SJC is open to Tier 6 and below, and prior to that the most recent amendment only allowed members from Junior leagues and the WoSFL.

The fact it has changed so much recently makes existing rules rather meaningless though. The bigger issue would be the LL not scheduling for the competition in the same way the WoSFL has done so far.
