3 EPL midfielders playing in their natural positions won't work??? :1eye
Team is fine. Although I am prepared for Christie to put half a dozen balls into the sea

The problem is that none of them are natural disciplined holders the way a McGregor or Jack would be. Hopefully it won't matter too much tonight.

Does it not lead to a flood of people saying “I wouldn’t have picked that team”

There’s at least one numpty (on another thread) who has already declared that midfield 3 can’t work.

Yes, there is that.

It at least reduces the hypothetical scope though.  When people use that BBC thing or something similar to show their preferred line up, it makes me ill.

Although all three play that way for their clubs…..

McTominay literally plays that role for Man Utd nearly every week. He’s more than capable of doing it if he’s instructed to play that way.

Gilmour is a deep-lying playmaker and McGinn only plays as far forward for us as he’d does as that’s what he’s told to do.

This trio will be our midfield of choice for years to come.

I thought point scoring over such matters wasn't acceptable.
Apparently not always, going by the greenies given to this effort.

Who is that scoring points against?

England.

That's the association going on here.  Don't pretend it escapes you.

A bit disappointed mcgregor is out. He gives good balance on the left hand side allowing Robertson and Tierney to get forward. We looked a bit disjointed when he wasn't playing there against the Czechs I thought and his form has improved in the past 6 months or so. I would have probably started Nesbitt as well.

Hopefully we take the high of Saturday into the game and score early.

Exactly the team I would’ve picked 💪

You would have picked Fraser ?

Sure I've read in the league game time this season he has picked up 54 minutes ( may be wrong). Me personally I wouldn't have. Or dropped McGregor but here we are.

Dosnt matter . Let's get into them and take the 3 points 🙂

paedos. And it needs to stop. Another marginalised group getting the brunt of abuse and snide comments.

No, it's their victims who should not be seen as ripe for humorous exploitation.

That's what I used to read on here anyway.

Doesn't apply when it's done in the name of Scotland apparently though, so that's ok.
