Jota with two, absolutely blatant, dives so far. Neither get a booking.

Murray Davidson gets the ball kicked off him while facing the other way and Walsh sprints 10 yards to book him

It's not even surprising.

Coincidentally....

CELTIC chairman Ian Bankier has revealed that a recent performance from Premier Sports Cup semi-final referee Nick Walsh is a source of "deep concern".

The Hoops chief was quizzed in the fans' Q and A part of the AGM about an incident in a recent 2-0 Premiership victory over St Johnstone which saw Walsh hand out booking apiece for Chris Kane and Cameron Carter-Vickers.

On Walsh, Bankier said: "That is a source of deep concern. But we don't run the SFA.

"We are a member club of which there are others and we get our shout, we get our say.

"You can't expect us with a flick of the wrist tell the SFA what to do and what not to do.

"We make representations on a regular basis to the chief executive of the SFA."

The Celtic chairman also agreed with the sentiment from the floor that the Hoops got the raw end of the stick when it came to how the Scottish Government - and the football authorities - dealt with the Covid pandemic

Such a cheap goal to give away.

Clark with a woeful kick. No idea what's Crawfords thinking in the attack before that though. Virtually a 2v1, 30 yards of space in front of him and MOH beside him, and he's trying a shot from 40 yards with his weak foot.

Clark’s mistake but I think Brown needed to at least get something on it as well, even just heading it up into the air to allow teammates to get over to cover.

Agree about Crawford, awful attempt.

It's just shite to, yet again, hold them out so long then, yet again, just hand them the lead.

Good to see the establishment club getting the honest mistakes in their favour when the game isn’t going their way. Not like the bigot brothers to get the decisions going their way.

And as for the Finn what ever money they have spent on him should be charged to the failure of a head of recruitment as punishment for making him a saints player

Ref was horrendous but how many folk saw that handball in real time?

Until we can actually, you know, do something with the ball, then we'll continue to live and die by defensive mistakes. I think we made one and it's cost us the game.

Crawford and Vertainen both with poor decisions in the final 3rd, something we see too much off and again, in games like this, you can't mess these chances up if you hope to win.

Good effort from Saints, needed to get a break to go ahead to have a shot, the likes of O’Halloran’s closing down of Hart early on going in. Didn’t fancy our chances from when Wotherspoon went off.
Celtic the better team on the ball as expected.

They’ve barely mentioned the handball at the game’s deciding goal, wonder if that would still have been the case if we’d scored it..

Nick Walsh isn't even a biased ref, he's just absolutely hopeless. Proper wee man who loves the authority.

He is a poor referee but I think he was bias tonight tbh. There was a handball in the play before the goal and with Fatty Ange now very evidently telling his players to dive, they need to clamp down on it as both Jota and Furuhashi are getting away with murder. Jota should have been at least booked tonight.

The refs in Scotland are bias.
