I've never had any reason to contact anyone in Paisley by phone but do their numbers have the Glasgow prefix of 0141? By my reckoning if your phone number starts with 0141 you're in Glasgow.

I witnessed a fight that ended with one of the parties being split by a beer bottle.

The argument was about where one of their houses should be considered part of. The coup de grace was an 01698 phone number being pointed to as conclusive proof he lived in Motherwell. This accusation was more than he could stand, so he smacked the guy with a bottle.

I could see his point, to be fair.
