No chance he's in the swamps without being found unless a gator has swallowed him whole.

No quicksand then like in the films? You'd have to be very determined to jump in one deliberately, but a bit less so than a wood chipper which was my earlier suggestion.

Apparently the p***k has lived off the land before for months at a time

Plenty of wilderness for him to get lost in,especially when you consider he had over a week to prepare

If a guy can live undetected in Maine for a couple of decades this lad can with experience of the outdoors can definitely do it

Months at a time?  That's proper hardcore.  I haven't read that about him - I got the impression he was more of an attention-seeking wannabe off-gridder than an actual proper one.

For some reason I've been finding this case fascinating. Young couple travelling around America and documenting it on social media and YouTube.

i've been the exact opposite, people go missing everyday in the US, even before the Woke crowd on twitter sent out one tweet, i knew it would be news headlines as she was a ''pretty blonde white chick'', still its a tragic story and it must be heartbreaking for her parents, however with all that extra media attention, the police had to up their game, and look what they found while searching for the guy who they think may have murdered the ''girl next door''

No-one comes out of this looking good. His parents are going to have a lot of questions to answer.

Did he choke on a KFC bone from one of the bargain buckets they took him?

Didn't realise it was the parents that found his belongings, and on the first day the park was opened up to the public as well. Surely they wouldn't be that obvious/stupid? Think this case has a few more twists and turns to come
