The shouting match between Assistant Manager Brown and Lewis after the 3rd was quite revealing I thought. As it was a head knock the medical staff continued to monitor Brophy and it was decided to go on again and have another look. The doctor did whatever tests he had to and decided there was a chance he was concussed. He told the ref of his concerns and the substitution was permitted.
