Thought Cumnock were the better team in the first half. Formartine came out of the blocks better in the second half and bossed it in the early stages of the half. Physical game with some meaty challenges on both sides. Formartine had what looked like a perfectly good goal chalked with a late offside flag. Cumnock stepped up a bit later in the half, thought draw was a fair result in the end. Would expect Cumnock to get through at home.

Just back from Petershill after watching Rossvale v Cambuslang Rangers cup game.

1st half was edged by the away side possibly, who came flying out the traps early doors, but couldn't make their dominance count. 

2nd 45 saw Rossvale come into the game and took their goal well. They weathered a late storm and held firm.

They are a very well drilled, physical and organised outfit with their big centre half dominating Gemmell and not giving the big man much change at all.
