He does exactly what he is paid for. He fronts the organisation and implements the wishes of the club's and decisions they make under the rules they devised. He's cheap at the price too at £400k. That's just over £33k per premier club each year to take the blame for their stupidity. Less if the others chip in. I really don’t care for this debate.
