Personal attacks now. Sums up you lot.

It’s”reductio ad absurdio” as opposed to “ad hominem”

it’s not the classiest rhetorical device but it’s been effective for at least two millennia and the crowd here seem to appreciate it

If I tell you that we’re in the process of signing an Australian midfielder. Would you cheer up a bit

I don't know.

Give it a try.

I ended up watching the game on a Hearts stream.

I have to say the commentator was actually pretty good, not that he had any great insights more that he was just very even handed and quite objective throughout.

St. Johnstone

What age are you?

There's no possible way for St Johnstone and United to be the only teams you've seen win more than two major cups.

Highly enjoying random Hearts fans flooding into the thread itching for a fight.

Meanwhile Saints fans all accept that wasn't a good performance from us.

Just makes those Hearts fans look a bit thirsty, imo.

You’ll no be thirsty wot with Robbie pishin over yer chips.

Neilson saying Saints tactics of roughing up GMS ‘unacceptable’.

I watched the whole game yesterday and don’t remember anything that looked remotely like that.

Even the time he was down for ages it looked like a nothing tackle?

Don’t remember seeing any Hearts fans complaining about the treatment he was getting during the game either?

I’d heard “thirst trap” but not thirsty.

Much of a muchness, I think it originally comes from Instagram influencers who are thirsty for attention.
