Another illness in the stands? This seems to be happening more frequently just now.

We’re just hearing about it more now. They never used to stop games as standard.

Offside has never needed to pass the “clear and obvious” test.

The lines took too long to draw, but once they were on they weren’t even touching. That means it wasn’t a close decision.

Ah apologies, my bad. But aye, things need to be a wee bit quicker.

Correct. Also, since Muamba, they always have the CPR kit in the stadium so supporters will get treated in the stand. In the past it may have been best to get them out and to hospital.

Sadly it looks like Newcastle are going to buy their way out of trouble. Would love to have seen them relegated.

Really? Newcastle underspent and spent badly (e.g. £40m on Joelinton) under Ashley.

Howe inherited most of the squad from Bruce and six are still out injured.

Only three new signings started this afternoon and Guimares made a very late appearance off the bench.

Trippier has made a huge difference. Wood has been meh and it was Burn's first start.

If Newcastle survive, it won't be due to spending megabucks on big name players.

Jarrod Bowen is a good player and that was a good finish, but Leicester's defence is horrific

Missing Castagne, Fofana and Evans. Amartey is really a midfielder and Soyuncu's form has bombed.

Vestergaard was signed as CB cover but it's obvious. that Rodgers has zero confidence in him.

They have spent their tainted blood money on players that made them better, that's about the dictionary definition of buying your way out of success. Unless you think Trippier and Burn were leaving behind better teams and sunnier climates for the chance to shop in the Metrocentre.
