However kept plugging away and got a well deserved equaliser with literally the last kick of the game through Chucky Watt. Both teams had their chances. Injury ravaged before the match, had one hobble off early in the first half and his replacement ( who made a big difference) didn't last until half time. No urgency and no reaction after losing some bad goals. Bit better in the 2nd half. Could easily have been 7 or 8 without the saves of our keeper. I’m very surprised in the position your team finds itself in. The boy in goals is a marvel and has been for many years. He left to play at Albion Rovers and Gartcairn but thankfully returned on both occasions . We appear to have been ill prepared for the new season both physically and from a resource perspective which resulted in the parting of ways with our previous manager. Our old management team have returned on a temporary basis to help us out. bc57 Posted October 2, 2021 Share Posted October 2, 2021 Lanark 3 St Ants 3 3 times we allowed them to equalise. Missed a great chance to go 2 up when we hit the post. Our keeper had a couple of excellent saves whereas I don't recall any saves of note for the St Ants keeper. That said, apart from the aforementioned post we had one saved off the line and hit the bar in the last few minutes.
