Whitburn Vale
Could be all over tonight if Wick can keep their noses in front........ Draw and Buckie are 3 pts behind with only a couple on the goal difference between them....going into to Saturday's final fixtures.
welshbairn
Was hoping for Clach to spoil Buckie's party on Saturday, especially as they've made it pretty clear they don't want promotion.
welshbairn
Buckie player sent off, manager's going to strip off, head butt the referee and run off towards the sea.

Guest Jedi
Went to Clach v Forres tonight (up for the Killie game on Friday)...very entertaining 3-3 draw (after 3-2 to Forres at HT)...seemed liked the ref booked almost every Forres outfield player, plus the manager, in what wasn't a dirty game.
jamamafegan
Just saw the Buckie result. What drama!
jamamafegan
I see Fraserburgh haven’t won the Highland League for 20 years. It’s a massive occasion for them on Saturday. Anyone fancy having a guess at how many folk will turn out to see them? Could they sell out their 3000 capacity ground?

Was at that game 20 years ago when they beat us 2-1 to win the league. Game was played on a Wednesday night, crowd was well over 3000, we took down close to a 1000. If they had played it on a Saturday they would have probably had to turn fans away. Great atmosphere on the night, absolute scenes when we took the lead and some roar went up when they took the lead at 2-1, molby had a goal disallowed when we went up 1-0 which should never have been disallowed. Went along to see them clinch the title at Cove hoping Cove would do us a favour. Was a bigger crowd at the Vale/Broch title decider in 2002 than the Vale/Buckie decider in 2011.
RH33
Dad's going to Fraserburgh and the plan is if Buckie win they'll all meet back at Buckie for the trophy handover.

They'll all be rat arsed, it'll be carnage on the A96 and A98! Tell Rod he can get a comfortable room at Cheers after the game for a reasonable price, he's retiring, no need!
