Clubs like Clach rely on training up their own youth players then the likes of Brora and Rothes at the moment hoover up the best ones by offering a decent wedge or a good job outside football. Where did you get the full time thing from? Come to think of it they were pretty well full time when they were doubling as Caley Colts. Not much point bringing in the new manager if they don't have something like that up their sleeve.
