Comrie
Clach got undone by two awful defensive blunders. Were the better technical side imo but Dunipace were far more street smart. stanley
Pretty poor set of results for the Highland League today including losses v Preston, Dunipace, Sauchie and Jeanfield. I'd imagine it's a sign of things to come over the next few years as more East/West sides get licensed.

Highland League will get stronger as the lower end of the league drops out for the Tayside and North Junior's best sides.

HibeeJibee
Calamitous weekend for the Highland League as only Rothes (scraping past Blackburn), Brechin, Brora and Huntly managed to win. They'll be hoping for replays to rescue their representation next week. Clach and Lossie lost to sides 2 tiers below them whilst leader Fraserburgh crashed at home to Sauchie who sit 14th in level below. Newtongrange also held Dalbeattie of LL. San Starko Rover
What a result from Sauchie, when is the next round draw? (sorry if it's been answered already) Ignore this post I've just seen it's tomorrow right above here Edited September 18, 2021 by San Starko Rover
Footballfirst
I was at Penicuik v Tranent. It was a bit nervy from both sides to start with, but the game settled down after the home side opened the scoring after 25 mins. Tranent equalised from the spot right on half time and proved to be the better outfit in the second half. Decent crowd there with a good number from Tranent.

So would I, probably the only team I'd be confident Edinburgh City could beat (after a replay. On penalties) The wee wooden stand at St Mary's Park is no more, alas but it's a good trip.

Maybe the M80 is the boundary as Denny is east of it. At one point in its history the EOSL had those well known eastern clubs Threave Rovers, Dalbeattie Star and Annan Athletic as members.
