He got us second in our World Cup qualifying group, which was a success of sorts. If he does the same in our upcoming Euros group we will go to Germany in two years. He will get that chance. He had 15 minutes to change the formation, change the players and instead he sent them back out virtually unchanged to surrender any hope we had left within 5 minutes.
