There it is, knew it would be along at some point

It’s true Jinky m8, that’s a bottom 6 quality defence unfortunately. Fantastic up front, absolutely fucking cunt at the back.

You do realise Celtic have currently conceded the fewest goals in the league?

That’s hardly going to be the case at the end of the season is it?

That’s a hell of a head collision.

We really need to develop a concussion protocol for football.

They could literally just copy it from any number of other sports where it already works well.

With it being football though, they hate following other sports, so they'll take years to come up with something that is significantly worse

It’s been the case so far so what’s to suggest it will change? Rangers look just as fucking bad at the back as we do this season, sometimes worse

If anything it will be injuries that f**k us

Highly likely.

Concussion subs aren’t really going to cut it either. Who forces a manager to replace his star CB with whatever is on his bench? You really need independent assessment, and only the elite competitions can afford that.

It's so simple, just copy rugby - implement temporary HIA (and blood) subs where if the player doesn't return with 10 or 15 minutes then it becomes permanent, and if you've used up all of your subs then one of the players who've already gone off can come back on.

I know you are more than likely winding Jinky up, and doing it very well, however if Celtic had a coach who had the ability/tactical knowledge to instil some defence discipline into the team they would have qualified from this group. Leverkusen aside, the other 2 teams Celtic have faced have been very average. It’s definitely an opportunity missed by Celtic to progress.

That's a bit simplistic though. If they focused more on defending then they'd be sacrificing a lot of their attacking threat. The biggest problem is that most of the defensive players they had available are absolutely shite, regardless of the coach that was going to be a problem. If they'd had Taylor and Jullien available for the campaign it might have made a difference.

Betis are sitting 3rd in La Liga 1 point off 2nd

To suggest they’re very average is pretty disingenuous
