Bo'ness United 2021/22

Galbraith went down injured. Presumably his long running calf problem. Sad because he was playing really well before he went off. Best midfielder on the pitch.

As I have said before there's a decent player there .....but he rarely plays an hour never mind 90 minutes.

None today. We had a good call for one but nothing doing. Outplayed most of the game but when you keep giving the ball away you are constantly under pressure.
To be honest a very weak referee but at least he was consistently poor.

Nae penalties yesterday just 3 well taken goals. Bo’ness for a change blamed the pitch for their defeat rather than the ref. In truth Bo’ness we’re poor and The Rose ran out easy winners. Will your team be up for it next Saturday or are the players thoughts already on the end of season beach?

C’mon The Rose 🌹🌹🌹

Yes BU were poor but we could be still playing you next season .

This season could all be for nothing yet .

Good luck though .

Having watched the two recent games against Bonnyrigg, they didn’t have many individual superstars but play as a solid unit who defend well and don’t give away stupid goals unlike us. In both games we gave a good account of ourselves up until they scored, then it’s game over cos we didn’t create a decent chance in either game

Good battling performance tonight with the team down to the bare bones.

Fought hard and deserved the point.

First half was wide open and we took goals well with walker being a threat

Second half we defended well after finding it tough in the first half.

Soft penalty well saved by Andy.

Please with the effort and heart shown tonight.
