Quarantine

If you’re travelling back to England from an Amber country it is possible to reduce quarantine time from 10 to 5 days by taking an additional test on day 5.

I cannot see if this does or does not apply to Scotland.  Anyone know?

It does not.  There is no day 5 release in Scotland.

Edit: even if you were to stay in England until day 5, you could take the early release test but you’d need to return to your place of residence in England to take the test on day 8 anyway.
