Shame like a player's Red card it can't be appealed as the video evidence of that penalty would be surely to chop a goal off Bonnyrigg going into the second leg.

If goals could be retrospectively disallowed days after a game then Cowdenbeath would have been hauled back into Central Park days after thinking they'd stayed up in 2018 to play extra time against Cove.

I know it doesn't look good at the moment for the Blue Brazil but in football you just don't know, early goal and it's game on, anyway all the best to Cowden, fingers crossed you can pull off a miracle and stay up.

I'd fancy our chances against 8 men.

If only eh? It’s a well known fact that if the game had gone into extra time Cowden would have scored another five.

4 years today the club beat cove 3-2 in 2nd leg of the play off to stay up, maybe good idea for the club to share that as inspiration and motivation to the current group of players, since we find ourselves in really difficult situation, for the 2nd leg, we need to see light and have calm determined heads going onto the pitch on Saturday, not giving up yet tho and an early goal really would build confidence or even a similar  fortunate one to what Swann scored at the start of the 2nd half against Cove, to start the turn around, would most definitely do, crazier things have happened in Football.

It'd be a pity if we didn't get the derbies with Cowden next season. Feels like ages since we've been in the same league. Oh well, on our current trajectory, just wait for us in the Lowland League. We won't be long.

I’d have taken a two goal defeat. But three is a big ask. Having said that, Bonnyrigg are nowhere near as good as that Cove team were.

Not as good as the EK side the year before as well.

Cove really were the real deal though best of the bunch.
