Cheers @jimbaxters ! You don't need an advance ticket and can just pay at the gate - attendance is capped at 250 though. The ticketing service is here:

In Glasgow all week for work and looking to take in a few friendlies at grounds I haven’t visited yet. 
Going to start with Kilsyth on Monday night. 
Any advise on the best way to get to Duncansfield Park via public transport?

In Glasgow all week for work and looking to take in a few friendlies at grounds I haven’t visited yet.

train to croy mate an wee local service bus will take u down , tell driver to let u off at the swimming pool , walk straight through car park for pool and the health centre to the park .
or alternatively the number 89 bus from Buchanan bus station drops u at top of hill from park its the stop just b4 the petrol garage, cross road,past petrol station, down steps to park .

Irvine Meadow have a mixture of seating and standing.

Doesn't the stand have to have numbered seats and tickets issued?

Until full crowds are allowed in by the scottish goverment its currently stands below 

In tier 2 500 Seated 250 Standing 

In tier 1 1000 Seated 500 Standing 

In tier 0 2000 Seated 1000 Standing

If you have a combination of both the higher figure applies, hence 500.
