Empty It
Watch McPake make a rip roaring fud of himself and set up for a draw at Killie.

This is exactly McPake's style. His substitutions consistently f**k us over. We're in a good position going into Monday, but somehow it feels like a blow.
Lex
Killie still the favourites for the tie then. Massive missed opportunity for Dundee tonight, they should be out of sight.

No_Problemo
I don’t see how Dundee don’t score in the second leg, they didn’t even have to do anything to create chances. Several were handed to them.

vikingTON
Kilmarnock don't look up to much but if one manager is going to make effective changes for the second leg, it's not going to be peabrain McPake. Completely in the balance this one, which Dundee should be fuming about.

Should be heading there with a 2/3 goal lead, and confidence you can see it out. Instead its a 1 goal lead and likely the ominous feeling your manager is about to f**k you over. Killies pitch is absolutely dreadful too, it'll take Dundee a fair bit to get used to it. Although I've no idea how the plastic at Alloa etc. compares. -
Thereisalight..
Gutted for Dundee. Honestly think Killie will hump them in the second leg like they did v Falkirk in 2016. Missed chances and allowing Killie to score will be the things to rue
EpicMike
I will never fathom where McPake gets his ideas for subs from. Killie were there for the taking then Dundee let them back in it by subbing the player off occupying their left flank.

We won 0-3 the last time we played on plastic but Raith's generally gets compliments in comparison to some of the others.

welldaft
Obvious I know, but whomever scores the 1st goal on Monday will win the tie. If it is Killie it will give them the confidence to kick on just like they did v Falkirk a few years back. Did Falkirk not go to Rugby Park with a 1 goal advantage and lost 4-1 ? However if Dundee score then Killie need to score 3 times to win whilst keeping the back door shut. No doubt the "Killie" fans will reciprocate in the return leg. So it it only Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock and Dundee who persist with this? Arch, going by your quiz scores you are an intelligent person so why are you spouting pish like this. Adapting Marching through Georgia for your team is no different to adapting Forever & Ever (which references the name Kilmarnock FC btw) and no one is accusing us of being Celtic minded for singing our version of that song. DeeTillEhDeh
Taking McMullan off meant that there was no one to pressure the killie back four, who were shaky as f**k all night. McDaid was utter pish when he came on and Cummings rather than Sow was the player to bring on. We will lose on Monday, guaranteed. And also no-one protecting Kerr.
billyg
Kilmarnock are a different animal at home , particularly going forward . Both their keepers are awful though , and Dundee know that. High scoring game coming up !
Fifespud
Disappointing but I see no reason why we can’t hunt them down again down at Marvin’s place. Power and Dicker are finished and the centre halves are truly atrocious. McGhee was immense and Mullen justified his selection to be fair.

jakedee
Killie are a much better side at home. They had the worst away record in the whole league. They even have a positive goal difference at home. The carpet advantageLast visit to a plastic pitch, 0-3, against a better team than Killie(on tonight's evidence).Still in with a shout.
Fifespud
Would have brought Afolabi on for Mullen, more energetic and pacy. Also Anderson for McDaid. McDud is a waste of skin.
