What a way to end the shitiest, shitiest season ever... can’t remember the last time you could say every Morton player played well.

Strapp, McLean (masterclass in the headed pass), Fjortoft excellent. McGinn and Oliver outstanding. And as for Bonnie Prince Robbie... where in the name of f**k did that come from? There’s more to be said about him overall, but not tonight...

To all the day trippers  who were queuing up to dance on our grave after the first leg at Montrose...

To be fair big Robbie was outstanding tonight. You wonder why he can't produce anywhere near that performance during the season.

Total wonder goal for the first and was in the right place at the right time for the second.

Wee Gus deserves the job. He got performances out the team, was bold in his team selection at times, and at the end of the day got us over the line.

BBC Alba coverage - there’s feck all wrong with Morton’s pitch . What are they on about

Didn't stop one team from dishing out a total football shoeing.

We shouldn't have finished 9th from the run-in we had, so no.

One of the best views in Scottish football, bodying Airdrie, staying up, Falkirk Falkirking their way into 5th, laughing at Sean Crichton, Robbie Muirhead turns into Rivaldo, crisp pints after the game to toast a successful night.

It all worked out in the end.

Probably because Airdrie were more rancid than anything we came up against during the league season.

Thanks for tonight, enjoy your weekend, p45 on Monday. Jobs a good un.

We had under performing players all season . Gus was just in the door. Give the guy a break FFS
