Hibernian vs St Johnstone, Saturday 1 May, 2021

Best bit is he's likely to just launch into every single ball now to try and make amends.

If Middleton/MOH are brave enough they could have fun.

Porteous again 😂

Shit pass, then overly aggressive lunge. He's lucky he gets the ball or its a straight red.

Enjoying this game purely because of him.

We’re giving away too many free kicks near our box for my liking. Thankfully defending them well so far.

Porteous is some laugh. As RG says that dreadful pass to MOH and the big lunge to win it back were almost inevitable after the goal. Ended up being a great tackle but one with zero margin of error and one that I don’t think he needed to make.

Good half from us.

Quite evenly matched, the howler for the goal the only difference between the two sides.  We look good on the ball, but as you'd expect our defence looks a bit more exposed without Liam Craig sitting in front.

Hibs finished the half strongly and look threatening.

Be interesting to see how long we go before making changes. Wouldn't be surprised to see May for Kane after an hour.

MoH and Middleton doing really with and without the ball supporting Kane. Bryson been really good on the ball too. Feel sometimes Bryson and McCann look a little exposed when hibs break the first press and if Boyle or Doidge dropped they'd get a bit of room. Risk you take with this formation though.

MoH, Middleton and Bryson making decent cases for next season here.
