Livi v Aberdeen

Recommended Posts

Both missed some very good chances. Both lucky to have ten men on the park.
For the lad wondering why Pittman was booked. He stopped Aberdeen taking the free kick. Pretty simple stuff.
Watching McGinn play like this is depressing.
He was walking away from the ball when it was battered against him...mental decision to book him IMO

He was stood directly in front of it until he started walking backwards slowly. The ball was kicked off him. He then kicked it back off McGeouch.

About as obvious a yellow as you will ever see.

Then Pitman gets booked for nothing.  Ref is having a mare.

These things balance themselves out. Or something.

Sibbald could’ve been off for a second yellow now too. This ref is a bottle merchant

There you go...

It was also the second time he'd blocked us taking a free kick.

It was the third or fourth time Livi players just happened to be "walking away from the ball" right in front of our free kick. Naive asf to think that's not been done on purpose every time.
We were lucky that the ref didn't get a clear sight of the McLennan incident but then again if Turnbull's kick on McGeouch wasn't enough to warrant a retrospective red then you can understand why it only got a yellow
