And? If you leave the ground and go in two footed but make a genuine attempt for the ball it’s still a red card.

The case you’re making is not the rules.

He’s right actually.  A two footed challenge would be red for a lunge, not dogsco.

Is that the same Adam King that used to be with us?

Billy King's wee brother. Feels like the Donnarumma situation where he's just got a contract on being a footballer's brother.

The exception being that they're both pish.

Shouldn't be a red card regardless of whether he touches the boy or not, it was a genuine attempt to get the ball.
Absolutely not a genuine attempt, he's miles late although doesn't touch Henderson so should be a pen or a red. Crazy for a defender to go in like that inside the box though.

This couldn’t have went any worse. McGlynn got it totally wrong from the start.

The only positives I can see are Davidson’s red will clearly get rescinded (is that a positive?) and Vaughan/Gullan have only had to play an hour ahead of Tuesday.

For f**k sake.

Trouble just seems to follow Davidson around does it? He's just unlucky is he?

We all know he’s a dirty player and prone to losing the head. But is that f**k a red or a pen, could’ve been if contact was made, but there wasn’t. Showing yourself to be an arse to jump to attack our player instead of defend him.

It's typical of him. Knowing we're short at the back and getting it wrong is a certain red card, he should have just let the boy run in on goal.

We’ve got Timmy Abraham as well.
