McAllister's nose might be out of joint if Henderson is preferred to him on the wing. Makes sense though to blood a young player in a game like this.

Hopefully it is out of joint. He's playing for his future, that's if his fate hasn't already been decided.

He has only lasted 90 mins twice in the last 2 years. Talented but unfit.

Totally agree. Until he loses a few pounds he should be nowhere near starting. Watching him trying to chase back is painful.

So, St Mirren: not that injured after all?
[emoji23]. Believe it or not we are missing our first choice centre mid pairing and Obika can be classed as a regular starter. Connolly missing too, so that's 4 that could n probably would have started. Definitely would be on the bench.

I don't think we'll be able to keep this level of intensity up for 90 mins, given the bench.

Don’t worry,  County can’t live with any level of intensity.

HT 1-0
Yep, going as expected. We started brightly but County been better overall, unsurprisingly they look more up for it than we do. The goal was a poor clearance from McCarthy after a second ball and Mackay had a sitter after it.
We’ve had a couple of half chances but haven’t really threatened.
One positive for us has been young Jay Henderson on the right. Think he’s been our best player so far and he’s put in some dangerous crosses. Looks like another one off the conveyor belt that’s ready for top flight football.
