bluedragon Posted April 16, 2021 Share Posted April 16, 2021 On 23 May 1962 Joe Fascione was just 17 years 107 days old when he was a member of the Kirkintilloch Rob Roy team that defeated Renfrew in a final replay to win the Junior Cup. It was widely reported that he was the youngest-ever player to receive a Junior Cup winner’s medal. Does anyone know of any players who come close to Joe’s achievement? If anyone has a contender it would be useful to know if he was in the team that took the field or was a used/unused substitute.
