Les Cabbage
On the 19th of May we will have our definitive list of dem boiz representing us at the Euros. In a similar way to how the best poster of 2020 was decided in the Premiership forum; I am going to run a poll to put together a Hive Mind of who we as a forum are deciding should be part of the Scotland squad. As per the above these are to be confirmed on the 1st of June so please either reply with the picks in the thread or send them to me by message. The deadline for the submission is going to be Saturday 15th May at 23:59 to give me time to do some weird spreadsheet shit before I play them back to the forum in probably a mildly unfunny and irritating manner. Please note this date may change if we get any indication we are announcing this earlier in the press. At some point I will produce the final voted for P&B list and we can see how it compares to what Sir Steve Clarke picks and if we fail at the Euros we can all use it as a piece of evidence to present when applying for the job at a later date. I will accept all submissions where the squad you submit is 26 players or less, anyone who sends more will be brutally ignored, if it determines there will only be 25 then the unlucky b*****d with the 26th pick will be left behind at the airport. A minimum of 3 goalkeepers must be selected obviously, apart from that anything goes. Anyone with over 1.5 St Johnstone players included will be publicly shamed. I reserve the right to share any messages with humour to the forum upon posting the results. Once your vote is made it cannot be edited, so if a player is injured, you’re humped. Quentin Taranbino
I'm gonna lazily copy Gordoplis' squad above as I think its bang on although I think Hendry will make it in over Gallagher Goalkeepers (3) David Marshall - Derby County Craig Gordon - Heart of Midlothian Jon McLaughlin - Rangers Defenders (9) Andy Robertson © - Liverpool Kieran Tierney - Arsenal Grant Hanley - Norwich City Jack Hendry - Oostende Scott McTominay - Manchester United Scott McKenna - Nottingham Forest Liam Cooper - Leeds Stephen O'Donnell - Motherwell Liam Palmer - Sheffield Wednesday Midfielders (9) John McGinn - Aston Villa Ryan Jack - Rangers Callum McGregor - Celtic Stuart Armstrong - Southampton David Turnbull - Celtic Ryan Christie - Celtic Kenny McLean - Norwich City John Fleck - Sheffield United James Forrest - Celtic Forwards (5) Ryan Fraser - Newcastle Ché Adams - Southampton Lyndon Dykes - QPR Oli McBurnie - Sheffield United Callum Paterson - Sheffield Wednesday (26th man)
mcduffie82
was looking at the goal stats earlier and Robertson's scored more international goals than Dykes (although I accept big Lyndon holds the ball up well and can be a bit of a nuisance). I'm also very worried about McBurnie, def would not include him, id rather put McLean in there and get someone else in midfield, real shame Griffiths let himself go

Indeed, happy to take whatever but the idea behind it was to get a list together of everyone’s picks and pull out the 26 players with the most mentions

A few contentious ones in there, but its my squad. Interestingly every squad so far has Liam Cooper in it, which makes you wonder what marshmallos been going on about all these months. The Moonster
Same as Bing for me but with Declan Gallagher in for Hendry and Alan McGregor to f**k. I agree to a certain extent. And dont think he would be asked, or even play if he was. But objectively, hes one of our 3 best keepers easily.

His time is up internationally.
Gordopolis
I may be wrong, but is the idea not to pick your squad rather than what you think clarkes squad will be?Right you are. In that case I'd fire McBurnie into the sea and bring along the fat, lumbering waster Griffiths

He can still f**k off though.
Les Cabbage
Updated rule, if you’ve picked a player and he’s pulled out through injury (ie Ryan Jack) you’re humped. No takesies backsies. Deadline for submissions is 21.05 so plenty time to wait to see how things play out.
