However, aside from the penalty, Motherwell have probably had the two best chances. McGrath is human after all, decent save from Kelly. Still 8/9 isn’t a bad record from the spot this season and if he’s going to miss one, better to be in a relatively meaningless game like this.Motherwell have been their usual physical self. Plenty of kicking and fouling all over the park. Had a decent chance on the break but was well saved by Alnwick.Erwin’s been good, played a great ball through to McGrath early doors that should have been scored and forced a few saves out of Kelly late on with decent efforts on target.Like to see some of the young boys get some minutes second half. Campbell non existent as is most of the midfield. I would take a forward off and put OHara on. But that is not likely to happen.
