Motherwell FC v Soft Penalty FC (St Mirren if there was any doubt)

Recommended Posts

Not sure about this being a ‘big game’. It’s relatively meaningless end of season fayre, for us at least. Well could still get themselves involved in the relegation battle if they don’t get the win.
Personally, I’m not too concerned whereabouts in mid table we finish, unlike fans of other clubs it would seem.
I would like to see us rest a few players ahead of the actual big game we have coming up, which is next week at home to Inverness. Our real priority today has to be getting our technical players through 90 minutes against the notorious North Lanarkshire hammer throwers unscathed. Hopefully we get a strong referee.

This thread is a car crash. I’ve not even seen one mention of food. I’m not angry, I’m just disappointed.

I noticed, in passing, a pakora related discussion on your own club's thread.

Nobody mentioned black pudding pakora, which is a thing of beauty.

Used to get it in Murphy's pakora bar at the West end of Argyle Street.

Swithering whether to sign up for PPV or take my chances with alternative streams.

With mango chutney or apple sauce on the side, though? That's the sort of unprecedented challenge that fusion cuisine brings with it.

You don't dip pakora in Mango Chutney surely?

You'd be surprised what I dip in mango chutney.

Apple sauce?

Maybe that's just my wife, she's always put black pudding and apple sauce together. Just done a quick Google and there are a fair few recipes with that combo, though.

Only 20 minutes until the teams are announced , thank f**k, and I can stop digging myself in deeper.

I like pakora sauce so I haven’t even thought about mixing up the sauces.

Dipping pakora in anything but pakora sauce is an affront to all pakora eating aficionados.

 Anyway, Erwin up front. <_<

We'll definitely be needing our usual stonewall penalty.

Erwin starts and no Obika. That’s my birthday hoodoo continuing.

There's a training video on the official Twitter, which I watched yesterday, and Obika wasn't involved.

The warning bells started ringing at that point, but I was stupidly optimistic that he wasn't injured.
