The play-offs are in addition to the 46 Premiership games.
It's 48 Premiership games plus up to 6 from the play-offs. It'll be interesting to see how many play-off games they show - BT rarely showed the semis, and only showed the quarters once, which was when Rangers were in it.

I’m pretty sure the only time BT didn’t show the semis was the first year when they only had the final on. The following year they showed all the rounds( Rangers in the quarters), then after that they showed both the semis and final. Hopefully Sky will do the same

They have a few games in their pocket still to use so they're presumably waiting to see which games have things riding on them.

Understandably for the last day but you would have thought they’d have selections for the first two rounds of fixtures by now.

The first season in 2013-14, the Final First-leg was on Sky and Second leg was on BT. Then BT went and bought exclusive rights to the POs from the 2014-15 onwards

  • 2 weeks later...

I think they've shown 39 games so far, which means 9 more to show. They've already selected 2, which brings that down to 7.

They'll be obviously looking to cover the relegation battle and the European places on the last weekend, which could mean anything from 2-4 additional matches (on top of Rangers v Aberdeen) depending on how things pan out, so I'm guessing they're waiting until after these midweek fixtures are done to get a better idea of how to schedule it.

They wouldn't want to overcommit and then not be able to show Hibs' game on the final day if it mattered, for example.

Suspect they’ll cover our game at ibrox for “trophy day”.

Surprised Aberdeen vs Celtic isn’t on Sky. Must be the first time in years that that fixture hasn’t been televised. Could’ve been a good money spinner for the club, although I don’t think many Celtic fans will bother watching it.

Aberdeen get no money from being a sky pick but by not being a sky pick they'll be able to sell PPV to aberdeen and die-hard celtic fans.

My point was that we could’ve cashed in on PPV money from Celtic fans if they hadn’t blown the league and got put out the cup by Rangers at the weekend.

Not since the TV strike in November 1985 when McDougall scored 4 against a poor Celtic team
