Does anyone care that Moldova are beating Israel?

Not surprised, Israel are a hopeless side. Our failure to win there last week realistically finished our chances of getting out this group.
Best thing you can say about that half of football is that it was passable. Just about.
Good goal from our leading goal threat and then it’s just been a bit... ponderous, predictable and dull. Not surprising that we’ve let the Faroes have a few looks at goal too.
Would like to see Adams get a goal. He could be the best striker we’ve had for years - low bar - and a goal here would complete a decent debut week from him.

Nope. Celtic all career apart from a loan spell at Notts County earlier in his career at the same time as Jack Grealish.

McGregor ended up their top scorer and was considered to be a better prospect than Grealish.

McGregor has been bang average since someone decided he should play deeper in midfield. He was best as a more attacking midfielder.

Mcgregors issue at higher levels is his lack of pace. Completely agree he was better further forward, his clever movement found him space despite his lack of pace.

Some half-time thoughts:

- Dykes is done as a regular starter until he starts showing something at club level, or we have a specific 1v1 matchup he can take advantage of. Doesn’t have the same intelligence our other attacking players do

- Is Ryan Fraser the solution to RWB? Probably not in a close game, because strikers will peel off and beat him in the air at crosses. But in a game where we’re going to dominate, he absolutely is.

- Let’s keep flexing Tierney into attack, because it works really well. Frees up Robertson too.

- The above are signs that Clarke learned from the Israel game.

Leeanne Crichton thinks that Scotland have been great to watch.

I’ve quite enjoyed watching us, the lack of shooting and finishing is annoying but apart from that it’s been ok.

For the lads who said 3 at the back can’t be attacking, watch Tierney tonight. This is how the top teams like City and Juve play it - with the third CB flexing out and moving into attack when the numbers allow him to.

Puts me in mind of the way Sheffield United played in their good form last season.
