zenon
I know it hasn't been made official but assuming the Midland League gets the go ahead which clubs would you expect to apply for its debut season? I would assume all the remaining Tayside juniors with Forfar West End withdrawing their EOS application although Scone Thistle are just below the HL line of latitide so they might opt for EOS instead. Tayport of course have always expressed their desire to be in a Tayside pyramid set up despite being just south of the line.

Marten
Let's first wait to see if any confirmation comes out whether or not there actually will be a Midland League before we start speculating about who will be in it...
Burnieman
Surely what's left of the ERJFA is the prospective Midland League anyway? the league already exists, a rebranding exercise and extraction from SJFA rules and regulations is all that is required, similar to the WJRFA = WOSFL.

It will by default but that will just be the ERSJFA continued. With the idea of being a Midland League in senior football they've got to ensure they have "pyramid status" wherever that falls, seek representation on the SFA's Non-Professional Game Board and while they can run their own discipline like the WoSFL are doing for Tier 7 down, they're possibly trying to get governed under the JPP since they're only likely to be a single division aiming for Tier 6 status.

What's left of the ERJFA + Montrose Roselea?
Marten
And there might be one or more amateurs interested, but time will tell once the league has been set up.
