Popular Post HTG
He has to go. An invite to 100 people for a bevvy by his own PPS - has to go. I had a mate who passed away suddenly on 21 May 2020 and his funeral cortege consisted of the car with his coffin plus his 80 something mum and dad. Many of his pals stood on a pavement on their own to watch the car go by - it was all the respect we were allowed to pay. This c**t was quaffing away with dozens of people. He's denied it, set up an enquiry, had to replace the cùnt running the enquiry because said cùnt was at it too. What does it take to mark Johnson's neck? Get him to f**k. Lying, thieving b*****d.
welshbairn
The only worry is which evil c**t will replace him, someone with total allegiance to the dark side rather than an uncommitted buffoon who just wants to be popular.
MONKMAN
Bizarre that as soon as these stories break, Laura Kuenssberg seems to have all the details immediately. It’s almost as if she’s known all along…
sparky88
I think the main implication of the email that came to light last night is that it has made Sue Gray's job to whitewashes the government a lot more difficult.
Popular Post dirty dingus
How would BBC Scotland and folk like Dross react if there was a hundred people invited to Bute House for a piss up when we were all in hard lockdown and Wee Nic was party to it? That's all we need to know about how corrupt the Union is.
Sherrif John Bunnell
That email has got to be the end of him. No doubt he'll be hastily arranging for Whitty and Vallance to appear on telly for one of their 5pm PowerPoint presentations.
Tony Ferrino
Jeremy Corbyn would've done the same but also invited the IRA and ISIS.

All these people who regularly talk about their "Downing Street source" must have known. They've all kept this closed down for over a year and a half. Says all you need go know about a lot of those covering UK politics.

Johnson went into hospitals and purposely didn't give a f**k about wearing a mask. He got plenty criticism but, whereas she offered a full apology, he didn't give 2 fùcks. Self-entitled w****r.
doulikefish
Wasn't it around the same time that Dr Ferguson had to resign up here for going to her 2nd home in Fife and Hancock etc were outraged and wanted her sacked ?
Salt n Vinegar
There isn't a deadline on this "investigation" is there? My guess would be that this "there's an investigation underway so no comment on the drinkies" stuff is a delaying tactic for BoJo to begin to feel unwell, then go off sick, then resign on ill-health grounds, with the intervening time used to build support for the Chancer of the Exchequer to step up. Cue big tory bounce in the polls, Peerage for Boris and the new PM calls a general election in the summer. You read it here first. Cue big tory bounce in the polls, Peerage for Boris and the new PM calls a general election in the summer. You read it here first. Have thought similar too. He any everyone around him know his days are up, but no danger he is going right now. He cares too much about how people will view him into history. Like pre Christmas, they will think they just need to wait for the news cycle to move on and he is in the clear. That and hoping that because it was nearly 2 years ago people will not care. To some people, that will be the case, but unlike normal times, we can all pinpoint what we were doing around that time, it affected every single one of us and we can all look back to photos and messages from that time as a prompt. As you say, they will of course be battling behind the scenes for a new leader who will be seen to sweep away the wrong doers as soon as they come in and start to rewrite history. For a reference, look at the shift from May to Johnson and how revisionist people were and how the perception was created of an entirely new government.

ICTJohnboy
Leader of the opposition, Angela Rayner, has just tabled an urgent question in the house, on the latest party issues, which means that some cretin, if not the PM, will have to appear before the house to answer it. Dunno where that other alleged leader of the opposition was., but does anyone care?
RiG
Apparently it has been revealed that Sue Gray, the person in charge of investigating these parties after the previous chap was found to have attended / been invited to them, was also invited to the same parties that she is meant to be investigating. Wonderful stuff.
Joey Jo Jo Junior Shabadoo
Fabricant insisting that it was all above board was quite something.
hearthammer
Fabricant realises that el bojo's reign is in freefall and this was probably his last punt at getting one of the German family's tawdry trinkets for being seen as supporting bojo. Either that, or getting a tory gifted brass (to match his shameless neck) wig stand.
RiG
Labour granted an Urgent Question in the Commons today. Johnson sends out Michael Ellis to defend him. What an utter shitebag.

NotThePars
Labour are overwhelmingly turning their opposition into a personal beef with Boris Johnson which I'm sure will work out well long-term before you even consider whether they'll bother their arses to repeal all the psycho bills the Tories are intending to push through this year.
