HTG
In the interests of not having whataboutery on the Nicola Sturgeon thread and keeping it focused, here's a thread to post any lies or misleading statements by the Conservative govt under Boris Johnson. I daresay it'll wither on the vine if there aren't any. I'll start. 1. BTFD
How far back are we going here? It could take a while. By now, surely anyone who votes for them knows they're unquestionably the party of sleaze and corruption, yet does so regardless. By this point, it must be part of the attraction.

Saltire
I’m sure there are a (very) small number of capable Scottish Tories. Their ranks in general though, consist of privileged halfwits and a tiny cohort of fractious or bewildered working-class forelock-tuggers. I see hypocrite as a byword for Scottish Tory.
Guest Bob Mahelp
Good thread. I'd like to keep it at the top by bringing up Thatcher's deliberate destruction of communities all over Scotland in the 80's. Working class towns had the hearts ripped out of them as the Tories set out to destroy out shipbuilding, mining, steel working and effectively any industry in Scotland. We've never really recovered from it. When the Tories lecture us about what they think is best for Scotland, remember that. And remember that always, always, always, they're utter kqunts.

HTG
Just now, Dawson Park Boy said: ‘Let’s get Brexit done’- achieved. ‘Vote SNP for indyref2’- failed That's a remarkable bar to define "achieved". It is significant that if we still had the FPTP system, (which I don't support), the tories would only have 7 MSP's in Holyrood. Anyway, on the thread subject during Brexit the tories told us we would stay in the EU. NI Border absolutely unchanged. £350 million a week for the NHS instead of that sum going to the EU. Cut VAT on Energy Bills. Numerous new trade deals would be ready by 29th March 2019. Britain will take back control of Fisheries after Brexit. And so forth and so on.
