Celtic and Hearts B Teams in Lowland League?

Hearts have used a few grounds for reserve games in the past,  last example I found from a quick google was playing challenge cup games at Linlithgow.

With medowbank meant to be finished, that may give a (shit)option, alternatively they could take up the Friday night slot at ainslie if Edinburgh city vacate.

And that’s only if they try and stay in the city, the crowds will be shit regardless so they could really go play in dozens of grounds in central Scotland.

Hearts will use Ferguson Park in Rosewell. AKA the Swamp.

when was the last time you were at Ferguson Park?

We haven’t had a game called off this season because of the pitch.

the club invested  a five figure sum improving their drainage underneath the pitch last summer.

That's the Braves voted to reject as well.

It's to reject expansion to 19 teams, but to stick with 18.

The Caledonian Braves supporters have voted against the expansion of the Scottish Lowland Football league. The proposal from the league's was to add an additional guest team, making the 2022/23 season comprise of 19 teams.

The vote was held last week on the club's mobile app, ahead of tomorrow's deadline, by which point the club has to inform the league of our decision.

Fans voted in their numbers and there was a narrow 54-46% victory for the continuation of an 18 team league.

Why would you vote to increase the league to add another B team? I really don't see the benefit.

Just one or two more B teams and we'll win a World Cup before 2030! Cos something about Killian Mbappe turning out a few times for Monaco B or something.

Everyone knows that if its only 2 guest teams that it will be the 2 Old Firm teams that are selected.

And a legal challenge from the guest team that don’t gain admission. The decent honest clubs in the LL of course voted against any guest clubs.

I noticed they didn't do a poll for increased relegation vote though I wonder why!
