At a time they are trying to control and limit our movements i really can't see a pyramid system being introduced to the amateurs. Travel wouks also financially cripple most teams

These are the 9 clubs joining the new WOSFL Division Four Development Division:

St Peters (Paisley)
Harthill
Harmony Row (Govan)
Kilsyth Athletic
Finnart (East End of Glasgow)
Glenvale (Paisley)
Campbeltown Pupils AFC
Westerton United (Bearsden)
Broomhill Sport Club (Knightswood)

Another 2 clubs may be joining them:

Kilbride Thistle

Stewarton

One club has been accepted but have held back their entry for a year - Blantyre SC

iF YOU ARE INTERESTED- why not make an enquiry to join?

It pretty bizarre imho. None of these teams have done anything significant in the amateur game, some are in bottom leagues and a couple nearly folded just before Covid???? Surely you would only be looking to go semi pro if you were winning everything at your own level and wanted to 'progress' for increased competition. The fact almost all of them dont fit the ground criteria, and lets be honest, wont have their own ground that will fit it ever just makes a mockery of the whole thing.

Some of them could have backers willing to put money into them and they will be able to pay players so will have scope for different bodies.

Surely to just accept teams into a supposed semi pro league you would at least had to have proved you're capable of competing at that level andyou have the stadia etc in place. Personally thinks it makes a mockery of the whole league
