DAFC.
We...we beat Morton? At home?! It’s a miracle!
Colkitto
Scrappy from start to finish. We have no composure at all in this side and up front we were non-existent. Hope wee Gus is got them working on the final ball at training all next week. Don't think we deserved to lose, but the pars did create more chances so maybe they deserved it in the end.
vikingTON
What a bunch of absolute knicker-wetters Dunfermline fans are btw - leading against a bunch of League Two standard jobbers up from but declaring that the equaliser was coming every other post on this thread. Poor but not unexpected result and a draw wouldn't have done much for us either. We need to be winning games at home instead, starting with Queen of the South next week.
Stoo61
Got the stream to come back and Turner was on the park, figured I had entered an alternate universe. Yet to be convinced its not.
Colkitto
Wee Gus better get back on the phone to Jack Ross and see if there are any strikers kicking about too...
Dunning1874
Not going to be a season defining defeat, but that second half was grim. When a team gets a lead against us they know how toothless we are and there's no danger of us getting back into it. When you're bringing League Two at best jobbers like Orsi and Salkeld off the bench there's no chance you're breaking any team in this division down.
Black and White Tragic
Probably just to wind you up? Morton never looked like scoring even if they'd played till midnight ...the Pars having left at 16.48. Chubbychops
Bit better second half and a big 3 points. Wish we had a bit more tempo to our play, we're really boring to watch. I think back to the days of Bert Paton and realise that football is now sanitised on and off the pitch compared to those days. Too much emphasis on keeping it tight in the modern era.

Probably more to do with our terrible record against Morton. Morton should be a regular source of 3 points for a club like us. -

Shandon Par
Never realised we were playing today. Presumed we’d have COVID/flooding/freezing/lazyitis. We are Dunfermline, we play when we want. Good tactics as ever by Craw. Surprise the opposition by showing up unexpectedly.
vikingTON
Looks like that perfectly straightforward observation touched a nerve.
