In or out of work if you do something that would go against policy you can be disciplined.

I would have thought anybody who actually has a job would know this.

2 guys from my work posted pictures of themselves on the work group chat giving it yeeha at the bigotdome today.

One of them now has the fear and has deleted posts he made and has sent a few messages to people asking them to not share anything.

He works for the NHS in health promotion.

He'll be having the "chat" with his line manger on Monday. The other guy has gone quiet.

Its the small things

aye, but which one?

ETA - Filming yourself breaking the law is never brilliant either.

If you are aware of them doing this then you have a duty of care to your colleagues as there is a risk of infection.

You should be phoning the ‘Whistleblower’ line at your place of work.

It’s not about that mate. There is a pandemic on and you have information that could potentially protect your colleagues.

A lot of my colleagues are arseholes mate. This particular guy apart from his sudden regenerated interest in football this year is decent enough. There are others who would happily stick him.in.

In his favour it is almost impossible to get sacked from the NHS. If Shipman hadn't topped himself he'd probably have got a final written warning.

Getting sacked is one form of discipline but you are just being obtuse.

Again, the guy filmed himself breaking the law

Breaking the law would get you sacked from quite a number of jobs.

But you know that.

You said he'd be sacked, then you said disciplined, which sacking is only one form of discipline, so which is it,

Also, breaking the law wouldnt even get you suspended in quite a number of jobs also, mostly it will come down to "did the law break result in you not being able to do your job" most cases its a no so work places don't really give a f**k

He didn't die on remand. He had already been sentenced to life with a full life term.

Whatever the case if you work for the NHS and you were in the crowd today you should clearly be sacked.

Has the clown missed the last year?

Do you think picking and choosing what laws you obey is the proper way to live?
