Gerrard sounding exactly like the parody scouse commentator in YouTube

“You’re fucking bang out of order ! “ [emoji23][emoji23]

Had Beaton got his nose out of the air and maybe engaged in a mature, professional conversation with Gerrard, then maybe cards needn’t have been flashed.

Never realised that Beaton had such a high pitched whiney voice.

We need to take Alfie off at half time, I don't trust Beaton as he sounded far too worked up and emotional there.

It's weird how often this needs pointed out on an actual football forum, but slight contact doesn't automatically mean penalty.

He's made his decision to go down before any contact is made. Its a clear dive, regardless of the slight brush that happened afterwards.

He was not going down before contact. It was a penalty and a red card.
Livi got away with one there for sure.

Kris Boyd proving why he shouldnt be a pundit for Rangers game.

Guys clearly raging just cause something went against them and unable to put his point across in a professional way. Embarrassing.

It is never a red card because Morelos was probably not going to catch the ball before it went out the park.

He took a bad touch and then dived to try and cover it up.

Yes, Beaton was the unprofessional one in that conversation.

I'd agree. Rules these days are as long as you make an attempt for the ball, which the keeper clearly did, it's a yellow. So penalty and a yellow for me.

I have an issue with this pen/nae pen.

Morelos knew what he was doing. he was going down. The goalie skiffed him. Hardly touched him. It's only in professional football is it deemed any contact is a foul. It's fuckin not really.

Boyd saying Gerrard was right to abuse and swear at the referee.

Morelos only has himself to blame unfortunately given dozens of dives and feinging injury in just about every game. These things catch up with players

It's quite impressive to lose control of a game where almost nothing happened in it.

Assume you mean the ref?

What evidence is there to say he has lost control of the game?

He made one mistake, which might have been done on advise from the linesman. Its Gerrard who has needlessly lost the head.

To be fair to Gerard and Morelos that was more of a penalty than the last few St Mirren have been awarded. If only Rangers were playing in B&W stripes they would have been OK.
