If you had a Leap Year birthday on 29^th February when would you celebrate it on ordinary years - February 28^th or March 1^st?

I say February 28^th would be premature so it'd have to be March 1^st.

Yeah while at school we did G&S operas and I was indeed a pirate although I had forgotten that aspect of the story.

In the two weeks between the music teacher asking me to audition for the role of Frederic and my audition taking place, my voice decided to start breaking. My rendition of “Oh here is love” warbled from tenor to baritone with an occasional bass thrown in. I didn’t get the role.

Brian Clark (played few games for Dundee and Arbroath) was born on February 29th. He celebrates his birthday on March 1st.

Celebrate it every 4 years and none of this nonsense.

March 1 is the cut off date for when you go to school so you’re either going to be the oldest or youngest person in your year which can have various psychological impacts from a young age. I’d personally rather be the youngest in my year than the oldest. Also my daughter was born on the 28th of February.
