Failed to get into their defence who have been gifting goals recently. This idea that we'd win easily 'if only we didn't sit back after scoring' is garbage though. The team is forced back by virtue of not being very good in the first place and the other team pushing harder for a reply. That's how football works at any level. Having Fjortoft, Lyon and Oliver instead of the current starters would improve the team to a degree and get a few more points IMO, but it's going to be grim, attritional fayre regardless until this farce of a campaign is over. As soon as both were on we were faster, more alert and creating worries in the Morton box. Even if Mullen can't find the target with his foot, he made a big impact with his sheer will to get about and make plays happen, far more impactful than Osman fucking Sow. 2 points from 12 in this league is pathetic, simple as that. Cummings scored but that combination with Sow isnt exactly tearing this league up.
