He was a bit raw when we had him last year but he was a bit different and you can see why a defender wouldn't like to be up against him. He had a few knocks here and there, and has been off on Ireland U-21 duty for a couple of our games, but I don't think he's ever had back-to-back starts or really given any time to show what he can do. I suspect that McPake brought him in as a bit of a panic reaction to Jakubiak's injury, and really only sees him as a 4th choice 'emergency' type player.
