Lions have signed LB Alex Anzalone last with the Saints on a 1 year $1.75 million deal.

Lions have signed WR Damion Ratley last with the Texans.

WR Kalif Raymond last with the Titans signing a one year deal with the Lions as per his agent.

Lions have restructured Jared Goff's contract taking $20 million off his 2021 salary & converting it to a signing bonus. Saves $15 million in cap this year but that will be spread over 2022-2024 at $5 million per year in cap hit.

Malcolm Butler to the Cardinals on a one year dear worth up to $6m. Solid business.

Last year's starting center, Mason Cole, traded to the Vikings for a sixth round pick.

The Cardinals seem to be acting like this is 2017 with the guys they're getting.  Signing multiple players who are 31+ and giving them decent money is never a plan for success (granted, Butler's guaranteed $ hasn't been released, so maybe they can cut him in camp with no worries if he is done). Surprised they aren't strongly going after Richard Sherman.

I think the Ravens fans excuse this season will be Jackson doesn't have any weapons, they'll forget that the reason he has no weapons is cause he can't throw a fucking football and nobody wants to play with him

Yep. And with what was the overall best roster from 1-53 in the NFL last year, the Ravens didn't win their division and lost in the divisional round. This is Baltimore's last go with being able to have an insanely good roster as next year Jackson starts actually making money, then they'll have to give him a long-term deal. I wouldn't give him a long-term deal as, like you said no top-shelf receiver wants to play with him, and he can't cover up the deficiencies in the rest of the roster like the top 12 or so QBs can.

You saw it last year, DC’s have started to figure out how to play his running and force him to throw.
He had a lot of success the year before but his receivers were wide open because the defence was scared of him running. Last season when he had to throw into coverage he looked like the running back he is.
