Raith V Ayr 13/2

Recommended Posts

Vaughan still out. Davidson and Benedictus at the back. Could be a long evening.

I’m presuming the Raith TV guys are deliberately not asking about injuries at the moment, and it may well be that the manager has asked them not to. But some sort of vague update on Vaughan would be nice, is he done? Will he be back in the next few weeks? That sort of thing.

Hard to argue too much with an unchanged line-up. Plenty options to change things if it isn’t working.

So are we assuming that Wright is still injured and McGavin just isn't up to it, despite multiple appearances for Ipswich this season ??

There is of course a chance McGavin has come up with an attitude that he’s already better than everyone and doesn’t really do much in training. If that’s the case then he rightfully won’t be selected.

Of course that could be nonsense but it seems more likely than him simply being written off by our coaches as not good enough.

All Rovers by the sounds of it. Come on ayr.

They are dominating possession but we do have a big threat on the break.   Rovers came close twice though.

Edit:  that's big threat if we eventually make the right final pass
