Proper through, none of this contact pish?

I’m not sure I’m following you here haha.

Tav was lining up a shot from around the penalty spot and McKenzie went through the back of him.

You realise you can’t give a retrospective penalty, right?

The premise of this debate centred around referees making decisions on the pitch that favour Rangers by letting them “get away with one”.

That’s exactly what happened today as well when the ref let Killie away with one.

The ref saw it and thought it was x argument is ridiculous. Say Billy someone pushes someone off a building, a witness sees it and thinks the person jumped, multiple cameras catch it and it’s clear the person is pushed. Billy gets the jail and is saying it’s not fair cause one guy in real time thought the person jumped.

Retrospective punishment is controversial because it's being used disproportionately against one team to rereferee games.
The system is for incidents that have been missed by officials,  not for incidents that have been seen and dealt with.

Do you not think Roofe's challenge warranted a red card?

I honestly don’t think officials are in any way biased.

its more to do with the intense scrutiny they are under when refereeing a game with Celtic or the Rangers . Tv, radio and papers dissecting every little decision and action.

its like a driving test, everyone drives completely different on a driving test .

I was meaning did he go through him i.e. did he launch a challenge and land beyond Tav’s starting position, or did he brush his shoulder and Tav went down.

I will see Sportscene later so presumably this will be shown.

Revived this as the first set of home and away fixtures was finally completed on Wednesday. The list below is up to date, however, and includes all fixtures this season.

The figures are per minute, thus Aberdeen committed a foul, according to or referees, every 6.4 minutes, and received a yellow card every 87 minutes.

I think some figures stand out, but will post without further comment for now.

Per minute         Yellow     Red           Fouls committed

ABERDEEN           87             870                  6.4

CELTIC                  113.5        1305                7.6

DUNDEE U           51.2          2610               7

HAMILTON A       54.8          2520               7.1

HIBERNIAN           63             2520               7.1

KILMARNOCK       60.7          522                 7.3

LIVINGSTON         61.5          2520               6.6

MOTHERWELL      57.3         630                 7.5

RANGERS               118.6       0                     8

Excellent discipline we have shown in such a massive season. A contributing factor to our success so far.
