Ayr vs Hearts - Friday Night Football

That's exactly the rules.

Not exactly
There are exemptions

When a player
“touches the ball with their hand/arm when:
the hand/arm has made their body unnaturally bigger”

Now the question of whether that applies in this case is open but it’s possible that if McLean made a mistake he made it on a matter of fact as opposed to law

Indeed 🤣

I'm sure Neilson will be sporting enough to acknowledge that was a really poor decision to give that penalty.

He'll play the Arsene Wenger "i didnt see it clearly" card.

Followed by a frame by frame account of why it was a penalty in the first half.

I really should think rationally and say we probably should have conceded a penalty early on and not be as angry at that disgrace of a decision.

But then again I'm a football fan so f**k logic and rational thinking, I'm furious.

A cold, windy night against the two best full backs in the league?

Zanatta would be a man down the minute he got on the pitch.

Just get the impression he’d do a shift against his old club on a TV game. That type of player
