I watched a programme a while back that said it wasn't illegal to record someone without their permission (which a lot of folk like to claim is). It's only illegal if you share that content to a wider audience (internet) without getting their permission. Maybe, but they handled the situation well otherwise and I had no reason to disbelieve them. It wasn't a route I was particularly keen on anyway.
